Kico Plastics was the first hair comb factory established in Cuba. It was founded by a Jewish émigré, Enrique Kalusin, in 1944. This hair comb was probably made before 1959, but it is included in the collection due to the presence this brand had in post revolutionary Cuba, when plastic shoes were often called by this name.
