A ring of "beer" in five languages runs around the top — "BIER · ПИВО · BIÈRE · SÖR · BEER" — flanked by green quatrefoils; below, a red-and-green civic shield (three towers), the brand "Pražan" in green blackletter, "12%," and "KOOSPOL CZECHOSLOVAKIA" around the lower edge. Four identical items.

Leopoldo Arús Gálvez brought this coaster back to Havana during a work trip to Czechoslovakia.
An export-market coaster. KOOSPOL was a Czechoslovak state foreign-trade enterprise; its multilingual (German, Russian, French, Hungarian, English) "Pražan" coaster was probably produced for distribution abroad.
