Plastic dressing comb, tortoiseshell-effect
Object/Artifact
A one-piece molded dressing/combination comb in mottled, translucent red-amber-and-cream plastic imitating tortoiseshell, with a swirled/marbled pattern. It has a row of coarser, wider-set teeth across roughly half its length and finer, closely set teeth across the other half, with a plain spine and slightly upswept ends. No maker's mark, brand, lettering, or country of origin is present. The comb shows surface scuffing, dulling, and wear.
