PVC shoulder bag with red cord handles

Object/Artifact

Small flat shoulder/tote bag in white PVC (vinyl) sheet. Rectangular body with a reinforced top band pierced by two metal eyelets/grommets, through which pass long doubled handles of red solid PVC cord. A row of cut vertical slits runs across the body just below the top band; small tabs project at each upper side seam. The body now reads as plain white but originally carried a printed design (per cataloger), now lost/worn away.
