model name

Type/model: "АТП" denotes антенна телевизионная (комнатная) перестраиваемая — an indoor tunable television antenna, a standard Soviet category produced under GOST by several plants in numbered variants (e.g., АТП-6.5, АТП-6.20). These indoor tunable antennas open out symmetrically to extend their reach. "Саяны" (the Sayan Mountains of southern Siberia) is the trade/model name.
