imagery
Pastorita Núñez presided over the INAV from 1959 to 1962, the period of its "casas de Pastorita" housing campaign; the "DIRECTOR GENERAL" facsimile signature is presumably hers (tentative, not independently verified). The depicted "Residencial Nuevo Camagüey" is one of the INAV's nationwide housing developments.
