"Vityaz" (Витязь) mechanical alarm clock, red plastic case

A small mechanical wind-up alarm clock in an angular (trapezoidal) red molded-plastic case on a stepped foot. The cream/aged dial has stylized Arabic numerals (12, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10) with dash-and-dot minute markers, slim hands, and printed marks; behind a domed crystal. The reverse is a cream plastic movement back with winding/setting arbors, an embossed alarm-bell icon, a "+/−" fast-slow regulator, and a fold-out wire stand.

Date: No exact date legible. The Rostov factory's Vityaz alarm clocks date from the late 1950s onward; the Latin export marking ("MADE IN USSR / 4 JEWELS") and the angular modernist plastic case point to circa 1960s–1970s.

Dial: "VITYAZ"; "4 JEWELS"; "MADE IN USSR." Back: embossed alarm-bell icon and "+ −" regulator scale.

Materials: Red molded plastic case; cream plastic movement back; metal mechanical movement (4 jewels); glass or plastic crystal; metal hands; wire fold-out stand. Technique: Injection-molded plastic case housing a jeweled mechanical alarm movement, hand-wound, with rear-set controls and a fold-out stand.
