Both faces are finished black; the edges are finished and run-stitched with a contrasting grayish thread. A row of adjustment holes is punched toward the tapered tip. No buckle, keeper, or buckle-end hardware is present — the buckle is absent; one end is folded where a buckle would attach. No fastening hardware remains.
