Chinese "Flower Brand" export hair accessory; mid-to-late 20th-century style. Plausibly within 1959–1990 but not confirmable from the object, and such goods continued in production later. Place of Origin: Shanghai, China (per card: "中国 上海 / SHANGHAI CHINA").
