Graduated Glass Infant Feeding Bottle (Biberón) with "ONZAS" Scale and Screw Cap

Object/Artifact

Tapered cylindrical infant feeding bottle in clear glass, with a short narrow externally-threaded neck, fitted with a white ribbed/fluted plastic screw cap that carries a salmon-pink sealing ring/disc. The body is embossed with a vertical "ONZAS" and a graduation scale numbered 1 through 7 (running to roughly 8 oz) with tick marks. The base bears embossed marks (a maker's mark and/or mold numbers) that are not legible in this upright, oblique view. No nipple/teat is present, and there is no paper label or embossed brand on the body.

The Spanish-language "ONZAS" (ounces) graduation indicates a Hispanophone market and, within this collection, is consistent with Cuban domestic use.
