Maker: Cubatur (Agencia de Viajes Cubatur), Cuba's state travel agency — promotional barware; stirrer manufacturer not marked. Date: No earlier than 1969 (when the agency adopted the name "Cubatur"). Most plausibly 1970s–1980s (state-tourism era, within range), consistent with the period sun-logo branding; Cubatur still operates, so a post-1990 date can't be fully excluded. Likely in range. (Terminus post quem 1969; exact year tentative.)
Paddle (embossed): cubatur + radiating-sun emblem.
Plastic
Materials: Molded plastic (polystyrene/acrylic), translucent red. Technique: Injection-molded stirrer with integrally embossed wordmark and logo; ball-foot terminal.

Cubatur is Cuba's pioneering state travel agency, tracing to a receptive agency founded 1 April 1963 (the first established after the Revolution); it officially adopted the name "Cubatur" in 1969. (Distinct from INTUR, the Instituto Nacional de Turismo created 30 November 1976.) The radiating-sun emblem is Cubatur's logo.
