Small pocket telephone address book in a textured green imitation-leather (leatherette) cover, gilt-stamped on the front "LIBRETA / TELEFONICA," with a cream paper text block. The inside front opening shows, at left, a violet rubber inkstamp of the Banco Popular de Ahorro (palm-tree-and-"BPA" monogram, lettered "Banco Popular de Ahorro / DIR. PROVINCIAL / SANCTI SPIRITUS") and, at right, a printed owner-identification page headed "PERTENECIENTE A" with ruled fields "NOMBRE:", "DIRECCION:", "TELEFONO:" — all blank. Interior alphabetical address pages not shown.

Maker: Booklet manufacturer/printer not indicated (no printer's imprint on the shown pages). Distributed/issued through the Banco Popular de Ahorro provincial directorate, Sancti Spíritus (per inkstamp). Date: Not earlier than 1983. The Banco Popular de Ahorro was established by Decreto-Ley No. 69 of 18 May 1983, so the stamped book cannot predate that year. Place of Origin: Cuba; associated with Sancti Spíritus province through the bank stamp (place of printing not indicated).
Cover — "LIBRETA TELEFONICA" (gilt). Inside front — violet inkstamp "Banco Popular de Ahorro / DIR.
