Maker: Kharkiv Electrical Apparatus Plant (Kharkivskyi Zavod Elektroapparatury), Kharkiv, Ukrainian SSR, USSR — later the "Ekho" electric-shaver plant. Exported through the Soviet state foreign-trade organization V/O Raznoexport, Moscow. Date: No explicit date on the packaging. The "Kharkiv" series entered serial production in 1956; the model-25 is a mid-series model most plausibly dating to the 1960s. Manufacture within 1959–1990 is well-supported. Place of Origin: Manufactured in Kharkiv, Ukrainian SSR, USSR; exported via Moscow (Raznoexport). Spanish-language packaging indicates production for a Spanish-speaking export market (Cuba).

Maker/series: the Kharkiv shavers were among the most widely distributed Soviet electric razors, made in Kharkiv from 1956; numbered models succeeded one another, with the -25 falling in the 1960s range.

Export channel: "V/O Raznoexport" (В/О Разноэкспорт) was the USSR's foreign-trade enterprise for miscellaneous consumer goods; together with the Spanish packaging, it confirms this as a Soviet export specifically prepared for Cuban (Spanish-speaking) consumers — a clear instance of COMECON-era Soviet imports in Cuban daily life.
